• successfully registers interest for the personal loan during the “Application Period” via the Moneymax Website, subsequently gets approved by Citibank, and avails of the loan; and
• have their application successfully approved by Citibank and the loan amount duly disbursed to the borrower. To be eligible for this promo, the approved application for the Eligible Personal Loan must have been made through Moneymax. A conditional approval is not a “successfully approved” application. Any application(s) is/are subject to Citibank’s approval. All matters relating to the application will be at Citibank’s sole discretion in accordance with its own policies and applicable guidelines.

• Existing account holder(s) of a Citibank Personal Loan
• Permanent and/or contract employees of Citibank (including its subsidiaries and related companies) and their respective immediate family members; and/or
• Representatives and/or agents (including advertising and campaign agents) of Citibank and their respective immediate family members; and/or
• Those who have registered for a previous personal loan application through Moneymax within six (6) months preceding the start date of the promo. It is clarified that any such individual will not be eligible for this promo irrespective of whether their Eligible Personal Loan application made through Moneymax has been completed and/or approved by Citibank.
• Those who make a direct or online application for any of Eligible Personal Loan at any of Citibank’s branches or website or through a direct sales representative or other third-party sales agent may not be eligible for the promo.

• All approved loan applicants whose loans were disbursed will receive their welcome gift from our reward tier.
• All approved loan applicants whose loans were disbursed will either receive a physical gift or a digital gift. 
• To qualify, applicants must apply within the promo period and must be approved and have availed of their loan.

• You are at least 21 to 65 years old.
• You are a Filipino resident or a local resident foreigner with a valid Philippine billing address.
• You have a Tax Payer’s Identification Number (TIN).
• You are a principal credit cardholder.
• Have a minimum gross annual income of ₱250,000.

• I was approved for a Citibank Personal Loan through Moneymax last month. Am I qualified for the promo? Unfortunately, you are not. Only those who applied for a Citibank Personal Loan via Moneymax from May 1 to September 30, 2022 are qualified.

• I have an existing loan with Citibank. Am I qualified? No, individuals with an existing Citibank Personal Loan or have made a personal loan application with Citibank in the last six months aren’t eligible for the promo.

• If I apply for a Citibank Personal Loan through other channels, will I qualify for the promo? Nope, sorry. Only those who applied via Moneymax will. Those who make a direct or online application at any of Citibank’s bank branches, website, direct sales representative, or other third-party sales agents are not qualified.

• How will I know if I’m qualified for the promo? You will receive an email from Moneymax within one week of Moneymax receiving your approval status from Citibank.

• When will I receive my welcome gift? The gift will be delivered to the address you provided to Moneymax during loan application. Expect it to be delivered within 8-10 weeks from the date of receiving the confirmation email from us. However, take note that quarantine restrictions and stock availability may affect this.

• Can I change my delivery address? No, but you can leave an authorization letter to allow another person in the provided address to receive it on your behalf. If no one can receive it, you have the option to have it delivered to your address and shoulder the shipping fee.

• Can I change my gift to something else of the same value? Physical gifts cannot be transferred to other parties. They are also not refundable and are strictly not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other goods.
